Orders will usually be processed within 1 working day. Orders where the shipping and billing address differ may take longer due to fraud prevention.
Orders submitted on Fridays/Weekends may not be processed until the following Monday.

For custom orders, ie, where the engraving service has been selected, please allow an extra 2 - 3 days.

We will only use shipping methods where tracking information is available.
Once your order is shipped you will be sent a shipping confirmation to the email address you used when placing the order, containing your order details and tracking information.

Please note, it can take 1 - 3 days after dispatch for tracking information to become available.

We work with several different manufacturers/suppliers so if placing an order containing multiple items, it is possible some of your items will be shipped seperately.

We currently Ship FREE to the following countries :
United States, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most European countries.

We make no promises or guarantees to actual shipping times, the above table should be used as a rough guide only.
Once we hand your order over to the shipping company, it is no longer in our control and there can be many factors that can effect the final shipping time including bad weather, travel or transportation disruption, customs delays etc.

Depending on the value of your order, you may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected extra charges at your end.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products so if you receive an item that is significantly different from the product description or is of low quality/damaged and you wish to return it, we will pay the return shipping costs.

If you decide to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been dispatched or if on receipt of your order you change your mind and wish to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


  1. You must contact customer service first to arrange return of any item.
  2. Regardless of reason for return, all return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  3. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Due to differences in lighting, monitor/screen resolutions etc, the color of your item may differ slightly from those shown in our description photos, for this reason we can not accept claims for items significantly different from the product description or of low quality/damaged.

The same also applies for claims of too small or too big you should always choose your size based on the measurements provided in the size charts and not on the actual size tag, we also advise to allow a 1 - 2 cm deviation on measurements and when ever possible measure a similar item at home to determine the correct size.

The above policies do not effect your right to return an item if you decide you no longer want it, it simply means we will not cover the return shipping costs.
